ePass Renewal & Freshers Apply 2014-2015 from August First week :

ePass Renewal & Freshers Apply 2014-2015 : ePass scholarship and Fee reimbursement renewal start from first week of August, 2014. The students who are already applied ePass scholarship for the year of 2013-2014, they are only eligible to renewal their ePass to 2014-2015. The ePass renewal applicants must carry the certificates like Previous year marks list, Notary form with valid name (according to certificates), Bank Passbook copy, Aadhaar card and Ration card to complete the application filling.

How TO Apply for ePass Renewal at ePass.cgg.gov.in :

Need to open ePass official website www.epass.cgg.gov.in
Select the application renewal 2014-2015 academic year
Fill the previous year ePass ID details to start to fill renewal application
Now submit the previous year marks list and Other copy's
Now you can get a new ePass ID and print acknowledgement copy (acknowledgement for future reference)
Now submit your ePass Renewal 2014-2015 certificates in your college ePass department.

Freshers 2014-2015 ePass Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement : If anyone not apply ePass in 2013-2014 now they are also eligible to apply ePass with fresher. The First time applying candidates must be submitted some documents like Cast certificate, Income certificate (SC and ST candidates income less than 2 lakhs & BC and OC income less than 1 lakhs), SSC marks list, Intermediate marks list, Ration card, Aadhaar card, Bank passbook (Front page only).

Need to open the ePass official website www.epass.cgg.gov.in
After entering into ePass website you will find FRESHERS APPLICATION REGISTRATION (2014-2015).
Enter into that the 2014-2015 link.
Now here FRESH APPLICATION FORM 2014-2015 start to be appeared.
Than Select the SSC passing type, SSC Hall ticket number, Date of Birth (according to SSC Marks list) and year of passing.
complete with SSC details all those are the mandatory fileds to move next level.
Now you can able to Fill the fresher applicants details and upload their marks list etc,.
To complete all the mandotary fileds we can get a ePass registration ID and a print aknoledgement (aknoledgement for future reference).
Now submit your ePass 2014-2015 documents in your college ePass department.

Bio-Metric Thumb Impression : It is also a necessary procedure to complete the ePass Fresher or Renewal application. The Bio-Metric Thumb Impression must be match with the applicants Aadhaar card thumb impression, in case it was not match with the applicants thumb impression it ignores. If anyone get this kind of errors they must edit their Aadhaar card at Aadhaar card center in your nearest town or city.
