Documents to be uploaded along with the application form:

1. Candidate’s recent pass port size photo(Of max size-30 KB), 
2. Signature of the candidate(Of max. size -15 KB),
3. SSC Marks memo(Age proof), 
4. Caste Certificate/Local ST Certificate(If applicable) and 
5. Physical Measurement Certificate obtained from the Medical Officer not below the rank of Civil Assistant Surgeon (for the posts of  FSO/FBO/ABO/Bunglow Watcher/Thanadar).
