AP Epass Eligibility and How to apply for Epass scholarship Online

Who is Eligible to Epass and How to apply Epass in Andhra Pradesh : 
Epass scholarship in the recent days has become very popular due to its extent of service to the people who are unable to meet their needs for education. The Epass scholarship, which was actually called Post Metric Scholarship. The Epass Scholarship is able to apply who are pursuing professional courses like Engineering, Medical and Pharmacy etc. Every student can able to complete their education Intermediate to Doctorate under the Epass scholarship Scheme. The candidates of OC and minority caste are issued with the scholarship under Economically Backward category. Even Physically Challenged candidates and minority candidates are also eligible based on the saturation of disability and minority respectively. 
EPASS Eligibility details and Needed Certificates
The benefits of Epass Scholarship extend from Intermediate till Doctorate level of education. Not many people know that even candidates pursuing PhD are also eligible for fee reimbursement. The people who are applying this Epass scholarship and than go for next year, they must maintain 75% attendance in previews year (Ex: If any one need to renewal their Inter 1st year Epass scholarship to 2nd year, they must maintain 75% attendance in 1st year of Intermediate). 

Eligibility Criteria : 
  • SC and ST candidates with an annual income less than 2Lakhs INR
  • BC and OC candidates with an annual income less than 1Lakh INR
Required Documents for Epass Applying :
The Epass scholarship applying students are need some of the documents to apply. The people who are seeking for Epass  scholarship they must bring the below listed certificates and previous year marks lists copies. From this year (i.e 2013-2014) Epass Scholarship need Aadhaar card for the applying students. Without Aadhaar card original copy with serial number, not able to apply as fresher or renewal because we must enter Aadhaar card serial number and go for next process. 
  • Caste certificate(Not need to General category students)
  • Income certificate Copy
  • SSC marks list Copy
  • Intermediate marks list copy
  • Ration card copy
  • Bank account book (Front page only) copy
  • Aadhaar Card Copy

  1. Hello sir.this is mahesh studying B.tech second yeat. Actually due to some migration problems, i am not able to Apply for fee reimbursement in my first year.but now i have all the documents that are required for fee reimbursement and i have registered as fresh candidate of fee reimbursement 2013-14.I went to submit my hard copy of epass application in my college but thay are not accepting it and saying that I'm not eligible for it as in my eamcet allotment, the fee was not exempted. But I asked them that if i have submitted my income certificate in my certificates verification, then only the fee can be exempted and that case i should get the scholorship in the first year itself .now,how it can be possible for me to exempt from the fee in the second year? My college administration did not answered this question and they are throwing away my certificates and saying that I'm not eligible . .but so many professor's said me that a student can register as fresh in any year during his couse of study. .please make me clear whether I'm eligible or not eligible as i do not have fee reimbursement in my first year.awaiting for your reply ..thanking you sir
